Presales Engineer (IDC)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with customers to identify project requirements and provide suitable solutions to help customers secure projects ;

2. Train customers on product and technical knowledge to help them quickly become familiar with product solutions ;

3. Prepare technical documentation to help customers quickly understand product configurations ;

4. Quickly resolve customers' daily technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction with services.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or other STEM-related fields preferred ;

2. 1+ year of experience in testing or pre-sales technical support roles; experience in intelligent hardware, telecommunications, security, or electronics industries preferred ;

3. Language proficiency: Thai Language + Chinese Language (listening, speaking, reading, and writing usable as a working language) ;

4. Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and summarization abilities, and a collaborative team spirit.
