Job Objective
Responsible
for ensuring the business profitability by applying competitive strategies to
gain market share while achieving revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing
competitor pricing and market trends to increase market share and
profitability.
- Assessing
data from different sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market
trends.
- Schedule review of airline
commissions and making changes to displayed fares.
- Tracking
customer engagement to develop effective pricing strategies for products and
offerings.
- Forecasting
revenue and market share based on market trends, production costs, profit
margins, and sales volumes.
- Recommending
pricing strategies that align closely with market trends and identifying new
market segments.
- Developing
dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and
trends.
- Collaborating
with marketing departments on developing and implementing competitive pricing
strategies.
- Procurement
of top routes fares, Student fares and Local routes fares for marketing push
- Developing and maintaining
relationship with all airlines for fruitful mutual business relationship
- Reviewing large
amounts of data across multiple platforms and sources to determine operational
impacts and needed actions
Requirements
- Minimum
of 3 years cognate experience
- Excellent
communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data
analysis.
- Advanced use of the GDS.
- Ability to keep abreast of industry trends and develop
dynamic pricing tools.
- Advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports
to relevant stakeholders.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box
problem solving skills
