Principal Backend Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand business requirements; write technical proposals and system designs; lead the team to achieve business goals.
• Own the planning, development, and optimization of shared technical components, and drive their adoption across business lines.
• Analyze system bottlenecks, resolve complex technical issues, and perform performance tuning on systems.
• Explore new ideas and solutions in the industry to enhance the company's technical capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of backend development experience, with 2+ years of Golang architecture experience.
• Proficient in common Golang frameworks, language features, and data structures, with a deep understanding of their characteristics and underlying implementations.
• Skilled in developing API interfaces; solid understanding of concurrency principles, with hands-on experience building concurrent and high-load systems.
• Familiar with distributed systems; proficient in mainstream service frameworks and message middleware, with knowledge of their implementation principles.
• Strong logical thinking and business comprehension skills; good coding habits with clear structure and consistent naming conventions.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes automation or DevOps practices is a plus.
