Principal Cybersecurity Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Presales Consultant to drive growth across Cybersecurity consulting services. This individual will play a pivotal role in new business acquisition, solution consulting, technical presales, and end-to-end RFP ownership. The role requires strong domain expertise, consultative selling capability, and the ability to engage confidently with CISOs, CIOs, and senior decision-makers.
This is an individual contributor role focused on revenue growth, solution leadership, and presales excellence

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Solution Consulting

  • Serve as the technical front-end for customers, converting business needs into tailored cybersecurity solutions

  • Coordinate solution design across Cybersecurity domains like GRC, Attack Surface Management, Security Engineering, Clinical Security, Application security

  • Act as a solution consultant for cybersecurity services

Commercial & Strategic Responsibilities

  • Coordinate proposal development, pricing discussions, contract reviews, and commercial negotiations.

  • Support GTM initiatives, service model development, and capability presentations.

Client Engagement

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Build, maintain, and grow a high-quality sales pipeline in CRM aligned to quarterly revenue goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with consulting, delivery, architecture and engineering teams for solution validation and proposal support.

  • Work with OEM & technology vendor partners to design competitive, differentiated solutions.

  • Ensure operational readiness and resilience of Cybersecurity offerings, while managing risks, and proactively communicating status and outcomes to executive leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Cybersecurity, with 6+ years in presales, solution consulting, or security consulting.

  • Good to have CISSP, ISSAP, OSCP, SANS, CISM, CISA or equivalent industry certifications

  • Good understanding of global compliance frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001/2, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CCPA, India regulations.

  • Good knowledge of security technologies: SIEM, IAM/IGA, PAM/PIM, EDR, DLP, SASE, WAF, Cloud Security.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical and consultative skills.

  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across technical and business teams.
