Job Description

Job Description

Your mission

Act as Principal Product Manager – AI Reports, leading the strategy, evolution, and scaling of an AI solution aimed at explaining complex and extensive credit reports through conversational interaction via chatbot.

The central challenge of this position is to define the product strategy and business model, diagnose adoption barriers when necessary, and drive real traction with clients.

We expect a strong consultative mindset, capable of translating a product into a clear value proposition for the market, in close partnership with Credit Reports and Commercial teams, as well as defining the technical direction and roadmap necessary to support scaling.

More than just evolving features, this person will be responsible for defining the product's business foundations: how it generates value, how it should be positioned and priced, and how it should evolve technologically to support this positioning and expand business opportunities for the Company.

What will your day-to-day look like?

The initiative's context involves scaling the product, with strong interaction with the Commercial and Reports areas, mapping pain points and opportunities, defining the value proposition, and evaluating and building the monetization path together with the responsible areas.

• Lead the day-to-day of the dedicated AI Reports Squad, translating strategic objectives into clear product initiatives.

• Diagnose potential product adoption barriers: technical, commercial, positioning, or process-related; define the action plan to overcome them and implement it.

• Define the product vision, value proposition, and evolution principles of the AI Reports experience for different customer segments.

• Lead continuous discovery with a focus on personas, jobs to be done, journeys, and pain points related to understanding complex credit reports.

• Support the Commercial team in building the business case and offer strategy, providing product inputs, usage data, and positioning direction.

• Align continuously with the Reports team, ensuring consistency between the product vision and domain knowledge regarding credit reports.

• Build and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog, in partnership with Design, Tech Lead, Engineering, and other stakeholders.

• Define the best ways to apply technology for product evolution, balancing cost, technical complexity, and delivered value.

• Evaluate and structure revenue opportunities, including defining costs and the product's viability model.

• Facilitate workshops and decision-making processes with multiple stakeholders, with a high degree of ambiguity.

• Track usage, adoption, and impact metrics of the solution, guiding product decisions based on data.

• Track risks, dependencies, governance, and approval needs related to AI features and use cases.

• Be the primary product voice for the initiative, connecting Product, Design, Engineering, Commercial, Credit Services, Legal, Analytics, and leadership.

Required Profile

• Capable of transforming complex problems into clear requirements, journeys, hypotheses, and an actionable roadmap.

• Hands-on, with a sense of ownership and strong analytical skills.

• Strong communication and influence skills with senior stakeholders and the ability to navigate between technical audiences, business areas, and executive leadership.

• Results-oriented profile, capable of acting closely and proactively with the Commercial area.

Mandatory Requirements

• Solid experience as a Principal Product Manager or equivalent, in regulated and highly complex environments.

• Fluent/advanced English.

• Experience leading products that need to be scaled in terms of adoption.

• Experience conducting discovery with clients, including interviews, journey mapping, and hypothesis validation.

• Experience in defining product vision, roadmap, and prioritization in high-ambiguity contexts.

• Experience collaborating closely with Commercial areas in building business cases and offer strategies.

• Experience working in agile environments to structure and prioritize initiatives, guide product evolution, and squad execution.

• Experience collaborating closely with Design and Engineering in building digital products.

• Hands-on profile, with strong analytical capacity and a sense of ownership.

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients, business areas, and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI or GenAI-enabled products, especially in contexts of explainability and human decision support.

• Knowledge of journeys related to credit, fraud, KYC, AML, or onboarding.

• Experience with API-based platforms, data ecosystems, and modular architectures.

• Experience with products requiring auditability, governance, and compliance.

• Familiarity with tools that support product management and collaboration in agile environments, such as Jira and Confluence.

• Familiarity with prototyping and collaboration with Design in tools like Figma.
