Process Assurance Analyst (Contract)
Summary
Analyzes and improves IT service processes like service recovery and change management, supports risk governance, and maintains EUC tool compliance for a financial services unit.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver process management, process definition and analysis of current processes where improvements are / can be identified and delivered for units supported, currently Service Recovery.
- Provide risk and governance process support across GIPS units, currently Service Recovery, Change Management, & Network Engineering.
- Provide contract management support, reviewing IT schedule for subsidiaries and oversea branches.
- Controlling EUC across GIPS units, maintaining inventory list of EUC tools and ensuring compliance with the established process and governance.
- Documentation and training, maintain accessible repository of process manuals and guidelines, conduct training sessions for staff to ensure the established processes are adhered to
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science/ Banking/Finance/ Engineering or related field.
- Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Good internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.
- Good experience in Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
