Process Innovation Programmer
Responsible for:
- Design and establishment of automations and integrations between software tools with an emphasis on continuous improvement
- Analysis of user requirements and technical specifications, and design and build technical solutions in conformity to client’s expectation
- Development, implementation, maintenance and continuous enhancement of technology-based solutions required for Production and Service Management support
- On-time delivery of the Project design
- Performance of job onboarding, monitoring, reporting and other Production support activities
- Resolution of Production and Service Management support issues and requests
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned
Extent of Authority:
- Create and update technical components based on functionality or design requirement
- Implement approved DEV, SIT, UAT and PROD configuration requirements
- Extract system data and generate reports for distribution to identified stakeholders
- Provide Quote Estimates within the given timeframe
- Raise issue or service ticket (Heat Call) and escalate to other departments, as required
Main Activities:
- Conduct technical project development and tests.
- Translate client requirements into highly specified project briefs.
- Translate business rules into accurate reflections of requirement.
- Plan and work flexibly to a deadline.
- Identify options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
- Create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Identify and correct technical component errors.
- Monitor and report allocated system activities, their progress and completion.
- Perform and resolve Production and service management support task requests

- Coding and scripting skills in SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, VB.net, C++, VBA, XML/HTML, XSL.T scripting and other similar platforms

Qualifications and Typical Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience in using any of the following SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, vb.net, VBA+, C++, XML, HTML and XSLTand or similar technology
- Debugging skills and techniques
- Fresh graduates/entry level applicants may apply
Special Circumstances:
- Employment is dependent on a national police criminal history check that is acceptable to FUJIFILM DMS.
- Some travel may be required to various FUJIFILM DMS sites, interstate or overseas to meet requirements of the role.
- May be required to complete an Australian Taxation Office and Federal Police security check.
- Use or wear personal protective equipment (PPE) e.g. vests, ear plugs, safety shoes, safety goggles etc. as per PPE requirements in designated work area.
- Additional security clearances may be required as requested by FUJIFILM DMS or its clients.
- Required to work reasonable additional hours as may be necessary to meet the requirements of the position.
- Maintain FUJIFILM and client confidentiality.
- May be needed to be on call from time to time to meet requirements of the role.
- Required to participate in workplace fit-for-work initiatives (including stretching programs).
