- Authoring and maintaining procurement standard operating procedures, process and governance documentation
- Managing change management initiatives for new procurement processes, policies, or technology rollouts
- Creating clear, UX friendly procurement processes and playbooks
- Designing and deploying a matrix of corporate buying channels to minimize maverick buying and maximize touchless processing
- Ensuring procurement process operates within a robust Third-Party Risk Management framework
- Aligning operational procurement activities with financial regulations such as SOX, SOC2, FCA, GDPR, DORA
- Managing the operational lifecycle of critical vendors, tracking SLAs, performance, and compliance metrics
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring procurement operational controls and conducting self-assessments
- Partnering to automate compliance checks within the S2P process
- Acting as the primary bridge between key stakeholders involved in the S2P process
- Training the organization on efficient procurement practices
- Procurement operations experience of 4+ years
- Experience in fast-paced Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth technology environment
- Experience in procurement transformation or building procurement operation from scratch
- Hands-on experience with modern e-Procurement/S2P platforms such as Omnea, Zip, Coupa, Business Central
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, spend analysis, and Excel/BI tools
- Ability to build and operationalise procurement processes for BAU
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders, Compliance, and senior stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills to identify and automate process bottlenecks
- Gross monthly salary between HUF 1,185,000 and HUF 1,400,000
- Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
