Product Lead, Mobile and Web Developer

Salary: $6,000 – $8,500 per month

About the team
Our Tech team builds the products that power the Group. We’re growing our product, expanding its users and scope, and we want a product owner who can steer that growth.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of the live product, setting the roadmap and priorities for what to improve, add and retire

• Use user behaviour, feedback and performance data to decide what to build next and why

• Turn user, candidate, client and business needs into clear requirements, features and release plans

• Work hands-on: write specs, map user journeys, review designs, test builds

• Partner closely with the Tech team (mobile, frontend, backend) and Marketing to drive adoption and growth

• Identify where AI can improve the experience, and work with engineers to bring it in

• Communicate progress, trade-offs and results clearly to stakeholders, including senior leaders

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record owning and growing a live digital product, using data and user feedback to improve it

• Strong working knowledge of how software teams build, from requirements and sprints to testing and release

• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical people, and to explain your decisions clearly

• Experience with mobile apps, job portals or marketplaces is a plus

• Experience in:

  • Flutter Development

  • Mobile Related Development

  • .NET C# dealing with REST APIs

  • Development of mobile apps for iOS and Android is a plus
