Product Manager (Credit Scoring)
Summary
Product manager owning the roadmap for credit-scoring and verification solutions at an Indonesian B2B data/fintech firm: translating client needs into PRDs and user stories, working with data science and engineering on scoring models and API integrations, ensuring OJK/PSE compliance, and monitoring client adoption.
Key responsibilities
Build and manage the product roadmap for scoring and verification solutions.
Gather client requirements with the BD team and translate them into product requirement documents and user stories.
Work with data science and engineering teams on scoring models, API integrations, and feature releases.
Ensure products comply with OJK, PSE, and personal data protection regulations.
Monitor product performance, usage, and client adoption, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients.
Define priorities, coordinate delivery timelines, and communicate product progress to technical and business stakeholders.
What we're looking for
3–5 years of experience as a product manager or product owner, preferably working with B2B products.
Solid understanding of credit scoring, risk assessment, or data analytics in the financial industry.
Experience writing technical requirements and working with engineering teams.
Good understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience at a scoring company, credit bureau, or data fintech is a plus.
Knowledge of E-KYC, biometrics, or digital identity verification is a plus.
