Summary
Product Manager for internal finance systems, leading order-to-cash and procure-to-pay transformation, financial workflow automation, and cost-accounting modernization across 39 branches. Requires strong finance/accounting expertise and enterprise ERP experience (Oracle Financials/SAP); onsite in South Tangerang.
Responsibilities
Drive O2C & P2P Transformation by leading product roadmaps to lower DSO, optimize cash flow, and modernize payables across 39 branches.
Champion Financial Automation by designing scalable digital workflows to eliminate manual, high-volume operational bottlenecks.
Enhance Cost Visibility through modernizing cost accounting platforms for granular, activity-based tracking.
Ensure Data Integrity by implementing automated controls for audit-proof records fully compliant with PSAK standards.
Bridge Tech & Business by aligning finance leaders and dedicated engineering squads to deliver high-priority roadmaps.
Qualifications
5+ years (10+ for Senior PM) in financial systems product management.
Strong grasp of corporate finance, accounting workflows, and enterprise ERPs (Oracle Financials / SAP).
Proven success in financial workflow re-engineering and intelligent automation.
High data literacy with hands-on experience handling large transaction volumes.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT; CPA or CMA is a strong plus.
