This Product Quality Engineer provides quality management direction of all phases of a product from NPI to Sustaining.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS or equivalent experience in Mechanical/EE/Material Engineering.
- 5 years proven experience in Manufacturing technical roles.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understand clearly how to apply problem solving within experiments design, root cause analysis and statistical process control by data driven
- Six sigma knowledge and execution experience
- GD&T knowledge and able to collaborate with product designer for drawing & measurement related issues
- Always be curious on Tech details and eager to learn attitude
- Critical thinking and overall picture view on top of complicated issues/informations
- Experience in coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional partners.
- Experience in cable assembly, connectors is a plus.
- Experience on scripting, image process/machine learning is a plus.
