The Position…
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to fill the
role of Production Administrator. This role will be based in their Carole
Park facility.
This full-time position will be responsible for, but
not limited to:
- Undertaking a range of
administrative duties as required to assist the Production Manager.
- Ensuring production runs are scheduled and changes updated in the system.
- Creating and updating Bill of Materials.
- Creating and completing production runs.
- Receiving and verifying raw material availability.
- Communicating with other departments.
- Undertake routine data entry.
- Estimating delivery shipment
dates. You will need to liaise with internal departments to determine
customer requirements while using the most cost-effective methods to meet
the required production standards.
- Track project progress,
production costs and prepare regular production reports.
- Maintain records, including
project schedules and purchase orders.
The Ideal Candidate…
The ideal candidate will have:
- Past manufacturing administration experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience
with Excel, Office Suite, and ERP software.
- A
decisive mindset.
- Excellent
organisational skills.
- Strong accuracy and speed focus.
- Good
problem solving skills.
- Positive
attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to learn quickly.
