Production and Support Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, incident triage, bug fixes, and escalation management.
• Coordinate release management activities, including deployments, rollback planning, and release documentation.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for troubleshooting, reporting, and data analysis.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and operational support.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Power BI reports and dashboards for business reporting and data visualization.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of Power BI reports.
• Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and Development teams during testing and releases.
• Monitor application health and ensure SLA compliance.
• Prepare RCA documents, support runbooks, and operational documentation.
• Identify process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
• Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge.Role & responsibilities
