Production Engineer

We are looking for a Production Engineer with hands-on experience in sheet metal manufacturing operations to oversee production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination between production departments.

Working Hours:

Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekends:

Friday & Saturday

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Production Engineering.
• 0–5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with multi-stage production processes.
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical supervisory role on the shop floor.
• Proven experience with sheet metal manufacturing processes including cutting, punching, bending, welding, and assembly.
• Strong understanding of technical production parameters and manufacturing standards.
• Experience in monitoring production operations and managing multi-shift teams.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Technical Office, Quality, Maintenance, and Materials departments.
• Experience in analyzing operational KPIs and preparing technical reports.
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction projects.

Technical Skills:


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and operational specifications.
• Good understanding of sheet metal manufacturing sequence (Cutting – Bending – Welding – Assembly).
• Knowledge of tolerances and dimensional accuracy requirements.
• Familiarity with sheet metal waste reduction techniques and nesting optimization.
• Knowledge of ERP and/or MES systems.
