Job Summary

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring daily production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with various departments for smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily garment production activities in the shop floor.
  
• Monitor production targets and line performance.
  
• Ensure production schedules are followed.
  
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, planning, and merchandising teams.
  
• Monitor manpower utilization and productivity.
  
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Technical Skills
