Weaving Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Weaving Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily weaving operations, ensuring production targets are met with required quality standards, and maintaining efficient utilization of machines and manpower.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor daily weaving
production activities.
· Ensure smooth operation of
looms and production flow.
· Coordinate with operators and
maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
· Monitor fabric quality and
reduce defects.
· Maintain production records and
reports.
· Ensure adherence to safety and
company policies.
· Support achievement of
production targets and efficiency goals.
Requirements
Required Skills
· Basic knowledge of weaving
processes and textile manufacturing.
· Understanding of fabric defects
and quality standards.
· Good communication and team
coordination skills.
· Problem-solving ability and
willingness to learn.
· Basic computer knowledge is an
