Experience: 4-6 Years
We are looking for a skilled Production Support Engineer with strong Linux/Unix troubleshooting skills and experience supporting business-critical production environments.
Mandatory Skills:
4-6 years of experience in Production Support (L2/L3).
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting.
Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and escalation.
Understanding of programming languages to identify error codes and route incidents to the appropriate teams.
Experience with monitoring tools, scripting, and automation.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts supporting 24/7 operations.
Good to Have:
Ansible, AWX, Chef, ServiceNow, Kafka, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, and Cutover.
