Experience: Relevant experience in L2 Production Support with current Lead experience, managing a team of 20+ members.
Primary Skills: L2 Production Support, Event Management, ServiceNow, Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes.
Secondary Skills: Batch Monitoring & Scheduling, Unix/Linux, Windows Server Troubleshooting.
Note: Candidates should have strong team-handling, incident management, and production support experience.
