As a Program Delivery Manager where you will play a pivotal role in driving andimplementing enterprise transformation projects and strategies. You will workclosely with program stakeholders to enhance market competitiveness andoperational efficiency through investments in systems, distribution, people,and processes.

Project Planning and Execution

• Lead end-to-end project management activities, including defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, managing resources, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.

• Ensure that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and issues proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to ensure project success, while adhering to risk management framework and local regulatory requirements.

Change Management

Budget and Resource Management

• Monitor project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenditures to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints, in accordance with financial guidelines and budget allocations.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure quality standards for project deliverables are upheld, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high-quality outcomes, in alignment with quality assurance standards and requirements.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and documentation for project stakeholders within ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement, implement best practices, and foster a culture of innovation within the project team, aligned with continuous improvement initiatives and strategic priorities.

Your expertise in delivery planning,stakeholder engagement, and risk management, coupled with a deep understandingof resource optimization, makes you ideal for steering our transformative efforts towards success.

Working Experience:

• At least 8 years of workingexperience in program / delivery management, and / or medium / large-scale projects,a strong technical implementation background, and a proven delivery track record.
• Experience in working in adiverse organisation across front to back business processes.

Education - Tertiary education

Professional Qualifications:

• Project Managementcertification (preferred).
• High proficiency with MSProject and MS Office suite of products is essential.
