As a Program Manager (Digital Solutions Manager), you will manage projects to design, develop, and implement workflows, dashboards, and web content supporting training programs with agency-wide impact.

Organizes, plans, and implements the development of digital content and application workflows using various software and IT products and tools.

Gathers and translates business requirements into systems and data requirements for new development needs, identifies the best solution, and designs and develops solutions.

Creates complex workflows utilizing SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Power Apps, and Power Automate, integrating workflows utilizing other advanced functions in SharePoint.

Designs and delivers dashboards and innovative data visualization methodologies, integrating data from a variety of sources.

Provides technical advice and guidance to management and internal customers while also serving as a liaison across many stakeholders outside the division to improve communication and collaboration on shared interests and projects.

Stays informed of and tracks advances in technology, proactively advocating for and leading process improvement initiatives.

Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S. Federal or Military employee serving overseas. Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
