PROGRAM MANAGER
Summary
Oversee the full life-cycle of C-130 Support Equipment for the U.S. Navy, coordinating development, acquisition, testing, and sustainment while managing budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
You will serve as the C-130 Support Equipment Program Manager in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, SE & ALRE Group, Support Equipment Department, PEO (A) PSE Division, P-8/C-130/E-130 SE Branch of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. The Branch performs cradle-to-grave design, development, acquisition, and sustainment support of C-130 Support Equipment.
You will be responsible for the leadership, planning, budgeting, execution, management, acquisition and sustainment of aviation Support Equipment and the associated life cycle support requirements for various systems and products managed by PMA-207
You will coordinate and interface with all stakeholders from various branches, departments and commands in the planning and execution of SE life cycle management (development, testing, acquisition, fielding, support, and disposal).
You will compose and deliver executive-level proposals, reports, briefs, and other communications in support of agency initiatives.
You will identify risks to program execution (e.g. cost, schedule, performance) and create mitigation plans.
You will exercise centralized authority and control over program resources (e.g. funding, contracts, team priorities, schedules, personnel tasking).
