Program Manager- Networking

Job Purpose

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion for assigned Networking vendors and solution portfolios.

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans with vendors, channel partners, and sales teams to accelerate business growth.

  • Strengthen and expand the networking partner ecosystem through partner recruitment, enablement, and engagement initiatives.

  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and solution-led growth strategies across networking technologies.

  • Act as the primary liaison between vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive pipeline creation and business conversion.

  • Manage vendor-led programmes, investments, and partner development initiatives to maximize business impact and return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with assigned Networking vendors to achieve revenue, margin, and market share objectives.

  • Drive channel development through partner recruitment, onboarding, activation, and enablement programmes.

  • Collaborate with vendors, channel partners, and sales teams to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendor stakeholders, partners, and internal business teams.

  • Lead go-to-market initiatives, partner engagement programmes, sales enablement activities, and business development campaigns.

  • Drive demand generation, pipeline creation, opportunity tracking, and business reviews with vendors and sales teams.

  • Manage MDF, incentives, partner programmes, and vendor investments to maximize growth and business outcomes.

  • Monitor business performance, forecasts, pipeline health, and partner productivity, implementing corrective actions where required.

  • Provide regular business reporting, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations to business and vendor partners.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT distribution, networking business management, vendor management, channel sales, alliances, or business development roles.

  • Strong understanding of Networking technologies including Enterprise Networking, Switching, Routing, Wireless, Network Security, SD-WAN, Data Centre Networking, and Cloud Networking solutions.

  • Proven experience in channel ecosystem management, partner development, and vendor relationship management.

  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in business planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth.

  • Experience managing MDF, incentive programmes, business planning funds, and partner development initiatives.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate market trends and business data into actionable growth strategies.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and influence cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.

  • Strong networking within the vendor, partner, and customer ecosystem will be a distinct advantage.
