Directs, schedules, and assigns work to section staff while managing personnel actions.
Establishes performance standards, evaluates staff, and provides guidance.
Leads the development, preparation, and submission of Civil Works budgets.
Directs programming activities based on policies, regulations, and strategic priorities.
Tracks program progress, evaluates schedules, and directs funding adjustments.
Directs risk-informed decisions, project risk registers, and mitigation strategies.
Oversees the formulation and update of comprehensive Project Management Plans.
Evaluates customer satisfaction and manages district-wide execution milestones.
Presents and justifies organizational program proposals and multi-year plans to higher headquarters, executive leadership, and external governing bodies.
