Program Officer
- Collaborate with state leads and provide technical support to govt depts in deploying different AI-enabled solutions.
- Manage government dept/officials to ensure smooth project management and timely reporting.
- Contribute to establishing innovative ecosystems for scalable AI solutions, ensuring continuity of care.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and foster a supportive environment for AI implementation.
- Capacity Building: Conduct and facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance healthcare providers’ skills in AI applications.
- Hands-On Support and Troubleshooting: Provide direct support and troubleshoot challenges during AI usage.
- Coordinate with internal staff and consultants to ensure effective project implementation.
- Willingness to travel within the state or nationally, as required.
- Document project outcomes, successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, complemented by a Master’s in Public Health (MPH), Health Management, or Community Medicine.
- 5–12 years of experience in public health, particularly within government health systems, with a focus on digital health and AI initiatives.
- Deep understanding of ground realities and implementation challenges in areas such as MNCH, TB, NCDs, IDSP, CPHC, and Quality of Care.
- Prior experience in MNCH and TB–HIV programs is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare landscape, particularly the Ayushman Bharat initiative and National Health Mission (NHM) strategies.
- Fluency in local(Marathi) language.
