District Coordinator
- Provide on-ground support to facilitate the implementation of AI health solutions (TB) across districts.
- Monitor and track the progress of deployed TB solutions, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Conduct field visits to support implementation activities and troubleshoot operational or technology-related challenges.
- Build the capacity of health functionaries (FLWs, ANMs, ASHAs, etc.) through training and re-orientation sessions.
- Coordinate with Block and District officials to ensure smooth deployment and integration of solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) between Wadhwani AI and district/block officials.
- Support supervisors in identifying critical issues, mitigation strategies, and assessing potential impacts.
- Provide regular updates to the Wadhwani AI state team and participate in review meetings at district, state, and national levels.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to ensure successful program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social work or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role working under national health programs for TB/HIV/MNCH/Nutrition.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to travel to remote locations within the district.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and able to manage stressful situations.
- Understanding of the local language of the State.
- Possess a personal vehicle and a driver’s license.
