Role
Overview
The
Project Finance Specialist will support capital structuring and funding
initiatives that enable GCC setup and expansion programs. This role blends
financial modeling, lender engagement, and transaction execution
Key
Responsibilities
- Lead debt raise processes
including financial packaging, lender discussions, and closures.
- Develop detailed financial
models, feasibility studies, and investment analyses.
- Support structuring of
financing solutions aligned to project and client needs.
- Manage relationships with
banks, NBFCs, and financial partners.
- Monitor covenants,
utilization schedules, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare presentations,
business cases, and funding documentation for leadership.
- Evaluate financial risks
and recommend mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications
& Skills
- CA or MBA (Finance) with
3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong exposure to project
finance, structured funding, or infrastructure advisory.
- Advanced financial
modeling and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple
transactions in a dynamic environment.
- Strong stakeholder
management and execution focus.
