compliance. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and the

Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and
Execution:
- Overall responsibility for
planning, executing, and handing over greenfield development projects as
per defined specifications and organizational goals.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a competent
project team, assigning tasks and ensuring clarity in roles and
responsibilities.
- Foster a collaborative team
environment to drive project success.
- Timeline Management:
- Develop and maintain a
comprehensive project timeline, incorporating milestones and deadlines.
- Ensure all project phases
are completed within the stipulated timeframe.
- Resource Allocation:
- Allocate and manage project
resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Optimize resource use to
meet project objectives without exceeding budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Regularly update
stakeholders, including AVP and MD, on project progress, challenges, and
potential risks.
- Maintain clear and effective
communication channels with all involved parties.
- Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and
address potential project risks to minimize disruptions.
- Implement proactive
measures to handle issues promptly.
- Quality Assurance:
- Define and enforce quality
standards for all project deliverables, ensuring compliance with
pharmaceutical industry regulations and organizational standards.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure the project adheres
to organizational standards, industry best practices, and all relevant
regulatory requirements.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Daily reporting on Key
Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to HR.
- Utilize performance metrics
to monitor and improve project execution.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Leverage lessons learned
from past projects to refine processes and ensure the success of future
initiatives.
