Job Description
- Manage and oversee construction projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Ensure project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Prepare project reports and resolve technical and site issues.
Requirements:
- Degree Certificate Civil Engineering.
- Valid IES Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Certificate is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and workplace safety.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
