Project Manager (APS Contract)

Summary

Oversees the APS Contract for a government infrastructure project, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating subcontractors, stakeholders, and project teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the APS Contract – Ensure contractual obligations, project scope, deliverables, cost, quality, and compliance with LTA requirements are properly managed.
  • Project Planning & Programme – Develop and monitor work programmes, construction methodologies, schedules, milestones, and critical activities to ensure timely completion.
  • LTA Standards & Workmanship – Ensure all works comply with LTA specifications, approved drawings, standards, quality requirements, and required workmanship.
  • Subcontractor & Supply Chain Management – Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, manpower, materials, and resources to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Project Coordination & Meetings – Attend LTA architectural and project team meetings, coordinate with consultants and stakeholders, resolve project issues, and follow up on actions and deliverables.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Specification:

  • Minimum 10 years of architectural experience with recognized Degree in relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in managing design and architectural teams for projects of similar scale, complexity of Architectural work at LTA Rail Project.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Independent, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and emotional maturity.
  • Location: Tampines.
