Project Manager – Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Digital Transformation

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per month

About the role

Support the development and enhancement of an AI Gateway to facilitate city management and cross-departmental integration. Support strategic planning and preparatory work for government-wide AI adoption and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of an AI Gateway to facilitate city management and cross-departmental integration

• Support strategic planning and preparatory work for government-wide AI adoption and digital transformation

• Coordinate with internal teams, government bureaux/departments, consultants, stakeholders and partner organisations on AI initiatives

• Promote data sharing, collaboration and AI adoption across different departments

• Support the development and implementation of AI policies, governance frameworks and responsible AI initiatives

• Gather business requirements and stakeholder inputs to facilitate cross-departmental alignment and implementation

• Review existing operations and international best practices to identify improvement opportunities and develop standardised management frameworks

• Assist in planning and delivering AI-related promotional activities, including presentations, webinars, training sessions, speeches and newsletters

• Prepare project reports, presentations, meeting materials and management information to support decision-making

• Provide overall project coordination, scheduling and administrative support

About you

• Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Project Management or related disciplines preferred

• At least 8 years IT related woeking experienec in which at least 4 years of project management experience

• Solid knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and data analytics technologies, such as chatbots, text analytics and image analytics

• Knowledge and practical experience in supporting AI-related projects, initiatives and/or policies

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills

• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders would be an advantage

• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, data sharing or digital transformation would be an advantage

• Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work independently

• Able to work under pressure and provide support outside normal office hours when required
