Blackroc is recruiting Project Managers to lead end-to-end delivery of a large technology modernisation program for a big, likely government or regulated, organisation. Day to day the PM manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks and governance within a PRINCE2 framework with Agile practices, using tools like MS Project, Jira and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology modernisation and transformation projects.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables.
- Coordinate technical delivery teams and work packages across multiple streams.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
- Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting and assurance processes.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, project boards and technical teams.
- Support change management, communication and benefits realisation activities.
- Ensure project outcomes are delivered within agreed timeframes, budgets and quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (mandatory).
- Proven experience delivering complex technology transformation projects, including legacy system modernisation, platform migrations or large-scale system replacements.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
- Strong project governance, financial management, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in complex enterprise, government or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and ways of working.
- Experience using project delivery tools such as MS Project, Jira and Confluence.
- Experience across both public and private sector environments, along with Agile or Scrum qualifications, will be highly regarded.
