Project Manager / Business Analyst - Integration Project

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a major integration program based in Perth. This role will be responsible for managing assigned workstreams from planning through to delivery, while working closely with stakeholders across multiple business and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects and workstreams from initiation through to completion
• Engage with stakeholders across different business and technical areas
• Facilitate workshops and gather, document and validate business requirements
• Develop project plans and track milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables
• Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Provide clear verbal and written updates to stakeholders and project leadership
• Coordinate activities across teams and ensure agreed outcomes are delivered
• Identify and resolve issues while maintaining momentum against tight deadlines
• Take ownership of assigned work and ensure successful end-to-end delivery

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous project management and business analysis experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements
• The ability to manage several projects or workstreams at the same time
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• A proactive, delivery-focused approach and a strong sense of ownership
• The ability to work effectively with people across all levels and personality types
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience

Desirable experience

Previous experience delivering merger and acquisition integration projects would be highly regarded, particularly involving:

• Complex matrix organisations and cross-functional teams
• SaaS implementation projects
• Hosted application projects
• Application rationalisation
• Data migration projects
• Enterprise-level IT environments
