Jobs Responsibilities
- Support business critical banking projects while ensuring smooth BAU operations and operational continuity.
- Coordinate project activities, track milestones, risks, issues and action items across multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, KPIs and operational metrics to support project governance.
- Investigate operational issues, coordinate resolutions and maintain issue logs with timely follow up.
- Partner with business, operations and project teams to improve processes and support change implementation.
- Support project documentation, stakeholder communications and business analysis activities where required.
Job Requirements
- Min. 5 years of project management, business analyst or PMO experience within the banking industry.
- Experienced managing banking operations, middle office or business transformation projects.
