Regulatory & Controls Project Manager (Foreign Bank) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate regulatory and governance projects within the banking environment, ensuring timely execution and delivery of project milestones.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk and business stakeholders to support regulatory submissions, governance activities and implementation of controls.
• Manage governance forums, maintain committee documentation, meeting minutes, action trackers and decision logs to ensure effective project governance.
• Monitor regulatory obligations, coordinate reporting requirements and support responses for regulatory reviews and audits.
• Track project risks, issues and controls, working closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, governance repositories and reporting dashboards, ensuring accurate version control and audit readiness.

Job Requirements

• At least 6 years of project management or business analysis experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Project management experience supporting local banking regulatory, governance or controls related initiatives.
• Strong understanding of banking governance frameworks, regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
