Jobs Responsibilities
- Lead end to end programme management for complex banking transformation and M&A initiatives, ensuring timely delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Drive programme governance, regulatory engagement, committee meetings, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross functional stakeholders including Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to manage dependencies and resolve issues.
- Oversee programme RAID management, resource planning, milestones, and delivery against strategic objectives.
- Ensure business continuity throughout programme execution by embedding operational controls and managing implementation risks.
- Partner with senior leadership and C suite stakeholders to provide strategic updates, recommendations, and decision support.
Job Requirements
- Min. 8 years of project or programme management experience within the banking industry.
- Experienced managing Merger & Acquisition (M&A), legal entity migration, business integration, or post merger integration programmes within a bank.
- Strong understanding of banking regulatory, governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
