- Manage commercial exposure, including cost monitoring, procurement decisions, scope changes, variation assessments and subcontractor negotiations.
- Champion compliance and project standards, ensuring works align with statutory requirements, applicable industry practices, quality systems and client-specific procedures.
- As the interface with stakeholders, managing technical discussions, expectations, escalations and resolution of project-critical matters.
- Strengthen project team capability through coaching, delegation and structured knowledge transfer to engineers, supervisors and junior personnel.
- Improve delivery effectiveness by introducing better work methods, communication practices and operational controls that enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
