I am currently helping our Client seeking a Project Manager / Programme Manager to join the team in Hong Kong.
Your role:
- Project & Delivery Management: Lead end-to-end platform evergreening, infrastructure upgrades, private/hybrid cloud deployments, and application migration workstreams.
- Roadmap & Dependency Mapping: Develop comprehensive project plans, define critical paths, track milestones, and map technical inter-dependencies across cloud platforms, virtualization, storage, and networks.
- Vendor & SI Coordination: Manage external vendors, third-party system integrators, and cross-functional internal teams through design, hardware/software delivery, and operational transition.
- Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all cloud initiatives align with internal governance and external regulatory expectations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare design specs, runbooks, operational transition plans, and translate complex technical metrics into clear business impacts for senior stakeholders.
Ideally you have:
- Education: University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8+ years of technical project management experience in enterprise environments, large-scale infrastructure transformations, or private/hybrid cloud deployments within financial services.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, or private cloud), virtualization, APIs, middleware, identity access management (IAM), and network security.
