Summary
Manage construction projects from commencement to completion in Singapore, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, monitoring schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.
- · Plan, manage, andsupervise construction projects from commencement to completion.
- · Coordinate with clients,consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- · Prepare and monitorproject schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- · Ensure all works complywith project specifications, contract requirements, and Singapore buildingregulations.
- · Lead site meetings andcoordinate project activities to resolve technical and operational issues.
- · Monitor siteproductivity, quality of work, and project costs.
- · Ensure compliance withWorkplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
- JobRequirements
- · Diploma or Degree inCivil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
- · Minimum 5 years ofrelevant experience in construction project management in Singapore.
