Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities
- Head a team of project staffs
- Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, client and consultant to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
- Understand and ensure Site Safety requirements are met while executing works on site by Sub-contractors
- Good understanding of Singapore Standard Code of Practice
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Construction Engineering (Civil) / or equivalent
- Preferably Project Manager specializing and experience in local private residential and commercial building
- Familiar with our local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment and safety aspects in the construction industry
