Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end showroom renovation and facilities projects for multiple luxury automotive brands.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets and work plans according to brand requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, architects, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, costs and timelines to ensure projects are completed within approved budget and schedule.
- Handle project documentation, stakeholder communication and other duties assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree with at least 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in facilities, renovation, construction or related industries.
- Strong experience in project planning, renovation processes, contractor/vendor management and quality control.
- Good budgeting, cost control, negotiation and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence and comfortable travelling between project sites when required.
