Project Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of water infrastructure and/or Building projects from planning through to completion and handover.
Prepare and manage project schedules, drawings, method statements, risk assessments and other project documentation.
Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within agreed cost, schedule, quality and technical requirements.
Manage project budget, resources, variations, subcontractors and commercial matters to achieve project objectives.
Coordinate and resolve technical, site, construction and project-related issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with company and project requirements for quality, safety, environmental and risk management.
Liaise closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring effective communication, coordination and accountability.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing complex water infrastructure and/or Building projects.
Proven experience in project management from planning and design coordination through construction, commissioning, and handover.
Experience working with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors is highly advantageous.
Strong knowledge of project cost, schedule, quality, safety, risk and resource management.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
High level of ownership, accountability and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Good team player with intercultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
