Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end technology projects, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and project handover.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate with software developers, engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable project tasks.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate solutions.
Manage project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and deliverables.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementation, and post-deployment activities.
Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality expectations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
Previous experience in IT project management, software development, or technology-related project coordination.
Good understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile project management methodologies.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in AI, IoT, cloud platforms, or enterprise software projects.
Familiarity with API integration, software testing, and system deployment.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working with external vendors or managing technical teams.
Experience in client-facing technology consulting or implementation projects.
