Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-powered automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing automation programs, Python-based solutions, and cross-functional technology teams while ensuring successful project delivery and measurable business outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of RPA and AI-driven automation projects from discovery to production support.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive governance activities including project planning, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
• Conduct process discovery workshops and identify automation opportunities with clear ROI and business benefits.
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design reviews, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with RPA developers, Python engineers, and business teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security requirements, audit controls, and SDLC processes.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as bot success rate, SLA adherence, throughput, exception handling, and cost savings.
• Manage change management activities including user training, SOP updates, communication plans, and operational transition.
• Contribute to RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, governance frameworks, reusable assets, and delivery standards.

• 10+ years of experience in IT, Digital Delivery, or Software Project Management.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience managing RPA or Automation projects/programs.
• Proven experience delivering multiple enterprise automation initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Working knowledge of Python for automation, APIs, scripting, and data processing.
• Experience with AI-powered automation use cases including OCR, Document Understanding, Intelligent Document Processing, Classification, Extraction, and ML-based workflows.
• Experience integrating automation solutions with APIs, databases (SQL), queues, and messaging platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
• Experience with bot monitoring, observability, dashboards, alerting, and production support models.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Hybrid delivery models, SDLC, Testing, Release Management, and ITIL concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience in setting up and managing RPA Centers of Excellence (CoE).
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, AI orchestration, and model hosting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
