Right now, we are looking for a Project Manager to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage
end-to-end projects, ensuring delivery within deadlines, budget, scope, and
quality standards.
- Plan,
monitor, and control project activities using both traditional and agile
methodologies.
- Coordinate
multidisciplinary teams and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the
application of project management best practices aligned with PMI standards.
- Identify
and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments throughout the project
lifecycle.
- Prepare and
present progress reports and performance indicators.
You must have:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related
field.
- Minimum of
2 years of experience in Project Management roles.
- Solid
knowledge and experience in managing Waterfall projects, based on PMI (Project
Management Institute) best practices.
- Knowledge
of Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
- Strong
communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in
Portuguese and good command of English (minimum B2 level).
We value:

experience in a consulting environment.
- Knowledge
and experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Project
Management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Agile/Scrum certifications.
