Right now, we are looking for a Systems Administrator to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, ensuring optimal performance and security;
  • Manage and optimize VMWare hosts, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting;
  • Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell and VBScript to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes;
  • Oversee the deployment of applications, ensuring they are correctly installed and configured on servers;
  • Continuously monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure system reliability and efficiency;
  • Ensure systems are secure by implementing and maintaining security policies, patches, and updates;
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes to ensure knowledge continuity;
  • Work closely with other IT professionals and departments to support various IT projects and initiatives.
You must have:
  • At last 5 years of relevant experience as a system administrator;
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Unix/Linux, and virtualization environments (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V);
  • Knowledge of structured networks and TCP/IP, including understanding of network routing protocols, IP addressing, subnetting, and VLANs;
  • PowerShell Scripting: Develop and automate tasks using PowerShell scripting;
  • Office365 Administration: Administer Office365 services, including Azure, Exchange Online (Hybrid), SharePoint, and Teams;
  • Language Proficiency: B2 English
