About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong communications infrastructure background to join our Adelaide team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Working within a small and highly collaborative team, this role is responsible for the delivery of communications projects from planning through to completion. The successful candidate will combine strong project management skills with practical telecommunications and communications infrastructure experience, allowing them to confidently support technical discussions, problem-solving and project delivery activities.

This is not a purely process-driven role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, work closely with delivery teams and actively contribute to project outcomes while managing schedules, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations.

To be successful in this position, we are seeking candidates who can bring the following skills and experience

• Practical experience delivering telecommunications, fibre, wireless, communications or technology infrastructure projects

• Strong understanding of communications networks and infrastructure environments

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects while remaining actively involved in technical delivery activities

• Experience coordinating subcontractors, field crews, clients and internal stakeholders

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks and reporting

• Ability to work independently in a small team environment where adaptability and initiative are essential

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite

• Formal Project Management qualifications desirable

• Current C Class Driver's Licence

• Ability to satisfy site medical and compliance requirements
