Project Manager – Systems (Contract / IMMEDIATE)
Summary
A 6-month contract Project Manager – Systems role in Singapore's Central Region: leading planning and delivery of system projects, gathering business requirements, managing budgets/vendors, mitigating risks, and coordinating UAT and application support. Suited to a degree holder with 3+ years in project management; insurance systems knowledge is a plus.
Salary: $4,800 – $6,000 per month
Project Manager – Systems (6 Months Contract)
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of system-related projects, ensuring project objectives, timelines and deliverables are achieved.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements, and translate these requirements into effective solution recommendations.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to assess and evaluate proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, technical requirements and organisational objectives.
Manage project budgets, schedules, resources and quality standards to support successful project delivery.
Proactively identify, assess, monitor and escalate project risks and issues, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track action items and ensure timely follow-up on agreed deliverables.
Drive and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with relevant stakeholders, ensuring testing is completed within agreed timelines and business requirements are adequately addressed.
Support business application operations and work closely with the Team Head ensure applications remain stable, effective and aligned with operational requirements.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to investigate and resolve project or system-related issues where required.
Perform other relevant project, systems or operational assignments as required.
Requirements:
Min. Degree or equivalent qualification with more than 3 years of working experiences in project management, systems implementation, business applications related projects.
Knowledge on insurance products/systems preferred
Able to deliver tasks on time with high-quality results
Able to start work within short notice
