Project Manager
Description
CardoO is seeking a highly organized and results-driven project manager to oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning to successful delivery. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure proper project governance and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
- PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in software development or tech environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
