Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various commercial projects in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, design and build processes, and project execution. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, including BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation. - Oversee project execution, ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. - Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members. - Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial projects. - Strong knowledge of MEP systems and interior fit-out processes. - Excellent project planning and scheduling skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management software and tools.
